This morning I got up, did my back/ core exercises, then had a high protein and whole grains breakfast (wanting to bust my belly fat, lol!). Then went for a long walk, about 4 to 5 miles, I think. Up and down along the hillside back of our place. Sure love these walks… I don’t get tired any more… just feel better and better! Thank You, Lord!
Now I’m sitting on the front porch, reading from Your Word, in Proverbs 19. So much wisdom about: wisdom, honesty, discretion, wives, laziness, good conduct, kindness to the poor, the value of discipline and reproof and counsel, and fear of the Lord! These seem to be recurring themes in my life these days!
