More Berenstain Bears study handouts

TheBerenstainBears For my last post, How to Discuss Picture Book Stories With Your Child, I provided a free study set of questions and answers based on The Berenstain Bears’ New Baby.

As the response was so positive, I will be adding new question and answer set freebies for a few other Berenstain Bears books. As with the first set, the questions cover a wide variety of topics based on the story itself and on the illustrations, as well as encouraging your child to think more deeply and relate the story to his or her own life.

The Berenstain Bears Catch The Bus  (This handout focuses on learning to tell time, both analog and digital, down to the minute, and various ways to express the same time. It also includes: prediction; inference/thinking questions; counting by 5s; rhyming words; onomatopoeia (sound words); questions based on text and pictures; questions based on personal time experiences. This is a very thorough and fun way to teach “telling time!”)
